These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of dianaohayon.com and to the online naturopathy, nutrition, life coaching and NLP consultation services provided by Diana Ohayon (“I”, “me”, “my”).
By booking or purchasing a consultation through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
1. About the Services
Diana Ohayon provides online consultations focused on naturopathy, nutrition, lifestyle, wellbeing, life coaching and NLP.
The services are intended to provide personalised educational and wellbeing support based on the information voluntarily provided by the client.
The services are not medical services and do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency care.

2. Booking a Consultation
Consultations are booked online through the booking system available on this website.
When booking, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address and any information reasonably required to prepare for your consultation.
Where an intake or consultation form is provided, you are responsible for completing it accurately and honestly.
A booking is considered confirmed once the booking process has been completed and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received.
3. Consultation Format
Consultations are provided online using the communication method specified at the time of booking.
You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device and private environment for the consultation.
If technical problems prevent the consultation from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment.
4. Fees and Payment
The price of each consultation is displayed before booking.
Payment may be made through the payment methods made available on the website, including Stripe and/or PayPal.
Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider. Diana Ohayon does not store full payment card details.
Prices and services may be changed from time to time. Any change will not affect a consultation that has already been booked and paid for.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To respect both your time and mine, any request to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as non-attendance (“no-show”), may be charged in full.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website or through the booking system.
This cancellation policy applies subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under Spanish and European consumer protection law, consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
If you request that a consultation or other service begins during the statutory withdrawal period, applicable legal requirements regarding your express request and acknowledgement of the consequences of starting the service during that period will apply.
Where a service has been fully performed following your express consent and acknowledgement where legally required, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
Any applicable refund or proportional payment will be handled in accordance with mandatory consumer protection law.

7. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to your consultation and for informing me of any important changes in your circumstances.
You are also responsible for deciding whether a particular recommendation is appropriate for you and for seeking advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when necessary.
You should inform me of any relevant medical treatment, medication, diagnosed condition or other circumstance that may be important for your safety.
8. No Medical Diagnosis or Treatment
The information and recommendations provided through my services are intended for educational and wellbeing purposes.
I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions through these services.
You should not stop, reduce, replace or otherwise change prescribed medication or medical treatment based on information provided through this website or during a consultation.
If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are preparing for surgery, or have another significant health concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, lifestyle or supplementation.

Some consultations and intake forms may involve information concerning your health, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and relevant health history.
Such information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and my Privacy Policy.
Health information should not be submitted through the general website contact form unless specifically requested.
By booking a consultation, you may be asked to provide the appropriate consent for the processing of health information where required by law.

The website and services may use third-party platforms, including Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp Business and online communication platforms.
